2026 Tour Itinerary
September 30 - Arrive in Athens
Make your way to Athens, Greece departing on September 29, and landing on September 30. We will greet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. Spend today relaxing and recovering from your flight. Tomorrow morning, October 1, our Blue Zone itinerary begins.
October 1 - Athens Highlights
After breakfast at the hotel, we take you to the National Archeological Museum. After the visit, we’ll return to the hotel for a brief rest. We’ll transfer to Mount Lycabettus this evening for dinner together.
October 2 - Acropolis and Bouzouki Dinner
Today we visit the Temple of Poseidon, have lunch at a seaside taverna, visit the Acropolis Museum, and round out our day with dinner at a Bouzouki restaurant.
October 3 - Delphi
We visit Delphi today, where we enjoy a guided tour. We then drive to Arachova where for a late lunch / early dinner before returning to our hotel. The evening is free for your exploration.
October 4 - Athens to Ikaria
This morning enjoy some free time in the Plaka. In the early afternoon we transfer to Athens airport for our nonstop flight to Ikaria. We check into a beautiful hotel, which will be our home for three nights. Dinner this evening is on your own.
October 5 - The Blue Zone
Today we are in the heart of the Blue Zone with a 3-day itinerary hosted by Jennifer Neill. Activities may include visiting a monastery, a winery and a farmhouse restaurant.
October 6 - Hiking, Honey Shop, Tea Shop and Raches
Grab your hiking gear as we transfer to Raches and hike to Nas Beach (2-3 hours) or Livadi Beach (1.5 - 2 hours). After the hike we visit Melissavet Honey Shop, have lunch on our own in Armenistis, and have an herbal tea tasting at Melia Tea Shop in Raches.
October 7 - Ikaria to Athens
We check out of our hotel this morning and catch our flight to Athens. From there we visit Corinth and Nafplion. We check in tonight for two nights at the beautiful Amphitryon Hotel.
October 8 - Epidaurus and Mycenae
Today we visit Epidaurus, have lunch and then visit Mycenae, returning to Nafplion for a free evening at your leisure.
October 9 - Mycenae and Nemea
This morning we check out of our hotel, visit Mycenae and then tour a Nemea winery. A farewell lunch in the vineyard is shared before we transfer back to Athens. We spend our final evening in Greece enjoying the Plaka. Dinner is on your own this evening.
October 10 - Departure
Today we say our goodbyes and transfer to Athens airport for our departing flights home.
Meet Your Guide - Jennifer Neill
Jennifer Neill has been involved in the wellness industry for over 30 years and holds advanced certifications in Pilates, yoga, Tai-chi, Chi walking, breathwork and forest therapy among others.
Jennifer’s expertise involves creating programs that support healthy aging and whole-body vitality. She has guided older adults on the Camino de Santiago in Spain and developed community programs grounded in research that help people feel immediate, lasting shifts in body and mind.
